Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation 2009/10
Annual Action Plan for FY 2011/12
The City of Champaign will conduct a Public Hearing to gather input on the 2009/10 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report and the Annual Action Plan for FY 2011/12. The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 9, at 5:30 pm in the City Council Chambers, 102 N Neil St, Champaign, IL 61820.
The City of Champaign will submit its annual Consolidated Plan/Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about September 28, 2010. The CAPER provides comprehensive information on the City’s CDBG expenditures and the community’s efforts to address the issue of affordable housing for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Copies of the draft report are available for review and comment in the Neighborhood Services Department, 102 N. Neil St., Champaign beginning on September 9, 2010. Written comments can also be forwarded via email, to: NeighborhoodServices@ci.champaign.il.us When using e-mail, please put “Public Comment for CAPER” in the subject field. Comments must be received by September 27, 2010.
