Officer Jonathan Westfield also served as a panelist for the TALK Foundation’s community forum on anti-bullying held at the Champaign Public Library on February 20th. The TALK Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for the safety and well-being of children in East Central Illinois and throughout the world.
