In an effort to increase awareness about the entry-level police officer application process, Champaign Police Department recruiters are attending area career fairs. This week, recruiters are onsite at Eastern Illinois University’s “Career Network Day”, internship and career fair (Wednesday) and the University of Illinois at Springfield’s Career Fair (Thursday) to provide information on internship and police officer positions. Students will be provided one-on-one time with recruiters to discuss career options within the Department.
