During a normal winter season construction activity would begin at the end of March, but due to the unseasonably warm weather, O’Neil Brothers began construction on February 13, 2012. Currently they are nearing the intersection of John Street and Highland Drive. If good weather continues to hold, O’Neil Brothers should continue their progress towards the intersection of Daniel Street and Willis Avenue and the project completion. We expect to see pavement being constructed on John Street by mid to the end of March. The project is on budget and on schedule for a June 2012 completion.
