Open Road Paving Company has begun work on Stage 2 (Bradley Avenue to Bloomington Road / Route 150) of the Staley Road Project. Stage 2 work items consist of milling off the old surface, patching, 2 foot wide asphalt safety shoulder, guardrail installation, pipe culvert installation, and miscellaneous ditch grading work. This stage is expected to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. Twenty Five (25) percent of the existing pavement (2,500 tons) will be recycled and used in the new asphalt being paved on the Staley Road Project.
