Stark Excavating, Inc. continues to make great progress towards overall completion of the South Fourth Street Project. They have completed the base course widening along the south side of Windsor Rd and have started along the north side. Stark has completed the main line storm sewer along Fourth Street and has completed 70% of the lateral sewers. Stark has scheduled paving of Fourth Street to begin at the end of August. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
