Rains have finally come to Champaign and as a result, it has slowed construction by a couple of days. Stark is scheduled to start paving on Fourth Street at Windsor Road and proceed north to St. Mary’s Road on Wednesday of next week. Stark will pave the southbound lane of Fourth Street about 10 days later. Stark has completed construction on the widening of Windsor Road and Varsity Striping has placed the pavement marking this week. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
