Annual Alley Maintenance
Beniach Construction has completed the work on the alley in the block bounded by University Avenue, Elm Street, Clark Street and Lynn Street. Lawn restoration will be done by the end September.
Neighborhood Infrastructure Repair
Beniach Construction has completed sidewalk repairs on John Street from First Street to Fourth Street and on Fourth Street from Green Street to Armory Avenue. Lawn restoration will be done by the end of September.
This project repaired sidewalk tripping hazards and constructed ADA compliant sidewalk ramps where needed.
