In order to repair a water main, Illinois American Water has closed one southbound lane of Neil Street at Eureka Street. The lane closure began on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 and will reopen by Friday, October 12, 2012. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All efforts will be made to reopen to traffic as soon as possible.
