Champaign Police arrested 24 year old Lyle W. Gallez for Armed Robbery of the Big Lots, 2002 W. Springfield Avenue on October 22, 2012 at approximately 9:00 PM.
Gallez entered the store while armed with a knife and demanded money. When the store employee could not open the register, the suspect left the store. Responding officers located Gallez in the immediate area, and took him into custody.
