The Information Technologies Department is pleased to announce its recently completed production of a new promotional video for Champaign. Champaign-So Much to Love follows Mayor Don Gerard as he tells the viewer why he loves Champaign and continues to call it “home”. Produced by City staff, the 60-second video features 92 different shots of everything from UI athletics to Ebertfest to downto
wn nightlife in an exciting, up-tempo fashion. The video plays regularly on CGTV, is viewable on-demand on the City’s website, and is also featured on the City’s YouTube page. Special thanks to Mayor Gerard, City staff, local businesses and other local agencies who participated or provided video for the production.
