The 2013 Annual Champaign Community Coalition Kickoff will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013, 5:30 p.m., at Hawthorn Suites, 101 Trade Center Drive, Champaign.
“Since the inception of the Coalition in 2010, much has been done to move our community forward. The Kickoff will celebrate these achievements and outline the priorities for 2013,” comments Jason Hood, Champaign Community Relations Specialist.
The Mission of the Champaign Community Coalition is to lead the process of analyzing and identifying the needs and strengths of the community at large and facilitating collaboration with an array of organizations to provide interventions to youth and families. To date there are 24 organizations and more than 31 citizens who have joined the Coalition.
