This week, Neighborhood Programs Division received the final reimbursement check from Illinois Housing Development Authority for work done on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. All totaled, the City received $2,099,485 for acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, demolition and financing of 13 units. All properties are occupied except for 709 Sherwood and 1209 N. Market. These properties will be land banked until a potential use can be found for them.
