In order to install fiber optic conduit at 201 S. Neil Street for AT&T, Custom Underground will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will begin on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, and will reopen by Monday, April 1, 2013. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
