Stark Excavating has begun construction picking up on where they left off from last year’s construction on the Fourth Street project. They have completed work on the curb and gutter on Hazelwood Drive. They are preparing to start the last phase of construction, which would complete Hazelwood Drive from Fourth Street to First Street. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
