Brian Godlewski from the Illinois Housing Development Authority conducted an audit of Champaign’s NSP files for compliance. NPD staff was commended for having all files in an orderly arrangement that allowed the audit to be completed in a timely manner. The City received a letter from IHDA noting that the City was found in compliance with the recordkeeping requirements of the NSP program.
