The work on Windsor Road itself should be switched to Stage II late Monday, July 15th. Construction traffic on this date will be heavier than normal.
The overall project has an anticipated completion date of November 1, 2013, weather permitting. The contractor for the $2,376,785 project is O’Neil Bros. Construction.
