In order to repair a water main, Illinois American Water has closed one southbound lane of Neil Street between Green Street and John Street. The lane closure began on Thursday, July 18, 2013 and will reopen on Monday, July 22, 2013. Southbound Neil Street traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
