Missing Champaign teenager, Cleo Younce was located safe and unharmed today, September 6, 2013, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Shortly before noon, Cape Girardeau Police Officers located Ms. Younce, along with her suspected abductor, coming out of a Wal-Mart Store in Cape Girardeau. The suspect, Nicholas Hurley, age 21, was taken into custody and arrested without incident. Ms. Younce’s family has been notified.
