Fire Marshal John Koller participated in a program with the China Ministry of Justice which was sponsored by the University of Illinois Law Department as well as the China Executive Leadership Program. The China Ministry of Justice sent 24 Directors and Deputy Directors to participate in a two week program at the University of Illinois to cover topics regarding the United States legal system. As part of this program, Fire Marshal John Koller served as an expert witness in an arson fire case that the group had been studying as part of their program.
