In order to set a crane and place scaffolding for exterior finishes at 217 North Neil St. (Hyatt Place hotel), English Brothers will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street between Church Street and Park Street on Friday, October 4, 2013, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
