Foth Infrastructure has completed the Phase II site sampling required as a result of the Phase I findings in the neighborhood. After the results are returned from the lab, Foth will complete their report and provide it to the City. Based on the findings and their recommendations a determination will be able to be made if any remediation will need to be included in the redevelopment plan. A 15 day public comment period will be advertised in the News Gazette to disclose the results of the Environmental Assessment of the neighborhood.
