In order to repair a damaged fire hydrant and water main, Illinois American Water will close one northbound lane of Prospect Avenue between Haines Blvd and Charles Street. The lane closure will begin on Thursday, January 9, 2014 and will reopen on Friday, January 10, 2014. Northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All efforts will be made to reopen to traffic as soon as possible.
