In order to repair a storm sewer inlet and manhole for the University of Illinois, A&R Services will be closing one eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Neil Street and Oak Street. The lane closure will begin on Monday, May 12, 2014 and will reopen by Friday, May 16, 2014, weather permitting. Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
