In order to install water services for the new high-rise building at 308 East Green Street, Mid-Illinois Concrete will be closing one lane of Fourth Street between Healey Street and Green Street. The closure will begin on Monday, June 16, 2014, at 7 a.m. and will reopen by
Friday, June 20, 2014, at 4 p.m. One northbound lane of traffic will remain open at all times during this closure.
