Electric vehicle chargers in the Hill Street Parking deck were recently upgraded for compatibility with newer electric vehicles such as the Chevy Volt, Nissan Leaf, etc… One older, paddle type charger remains to accommodate any visitors who may have older EVs. The photo at right shows resident Scott Willenbrock charging his Chevy Volt.
Staff will monitor usage to determine whether the last paddle type charger should be switched out for the newer model.
These chargers are located on the 3rd floor of the parking deck at the east end. There is no fee to use the chargers. However, users must pay the standard fees for parking in the deck.
