Insituform Technologies will be constructing a new storm sewer liner on the east parkway of Locust Street between Daniel Street and John Street. In order to complete this work, traffic on Locust Street will be narrowed to a single, shared lane.
Operations will begin at 7 a.m. on Thursday, October 23 and will run continuously for 36 hours until completion at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 24, weather permitting. This includes overnight operations on Thursday, October 23.
The public is encouraged to obey all construction signs or plan alternative routes to avoid this work.
