In order to repair a sanitary sewer in the 100 block of west Charles Street, Duce Construction will be closing Charles Street between State Street and Neil Street. No through traffic will be allowed during the duration of this project. Local traffic will have access to this block from State Street, and access to businesses’ parking lots will be maintained during construction.
Operations will begin at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, and are planned for completion and reopening by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014, weather permitting. The public is encouraged to obey all construction signs or plan alternative routes to avoid this
work.
