Neighborhood Services and the Legal Departments conducted the first closing of the Bristol Place properties on November 5, 2014. Mr. and Mrs. Pardy owned the vacant home at 1208 N. Clock. Mrs. Pardy had been a regular attendee at the neighborhood meetings held at the Apostolic Church and had participated in the redevelopment focus group conducted by Farr & Associates held at the Booker T. Washington School. More closings are being scheduled for the next weeks throughout the end of the year. Neighborhood Services will bring three more acquisition contracts for Council approval on December 2, 2014.
