In order to perform utility crossings at 209 E. University Avenue, Mid-Illinois Concrete will be closing Third Street between University Avenue and Clark Street. The road closure will begin on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, and will reopen by Friday, March 6, 2015, weather permitting. Access to properties will be maintained in the area.
