Art enthusiasts are invited to check out a special exhibit hosted in the Champaign City Building starting April 10th. A selection of works by Jason Patterson will kick off a new rotating exhibit of local artists who will have their art proudly displayed in Council Chambers. The City is collaborating with 40 North on this exciting new project to showcase local artists’ works, and the first exhibit will be unveiled as part of the Boneyard Arts Festival next week.
Mr. Patterson’s works will be available for special public viewing in Council Chambers as part of the Boneyard Arts Festival on Friday, April 10th (4-6 pm) and on Saturday, April 11th (12-4 pm). The Boneyard Arts Festival runs April 9th-12th. Mr. Patterson’s exhibit will remain in Council Chambers for approximately three months; available for public viewing during meetings and other events in Chambers.
