The property at 2807 Heritage was purchased by a new owner in early May. The new owner made exterior repairs to the property and has removed the damaged tree from the backyard. The case for the exterior housing violations was opened in October 2011 and referred to the Legal Department in March 2012. The property has been vacant since before October 2011. The new owner has a tenant lined up to rent the property in June.
