In order to install a sanitary sewer service at 911 S. Fourth Street, Mid Illinois Concrete and Excavation will be closing the westbound lane of Chalmers Street, between Fourth Street and Third Street. Eastbound traffic will remain open in this block. The lane closure will begin on Monday, June 8, 2015, and will reopen on Friday, June 12, 2015, weather permitting.
