In order to repair brick pavement failures, Feutz Contractors will be closing Elm Street between Clark Street and University Avenue. The closure will begin on Monday, July 6, 2015. No thru traffic will be allowed in the construction area. Driveway access for properties off of Elm Street will be closed for no more than seven days.
