Thirty-one (31) owners have submitted sales contracts for the City of Champaign to purchase their properties in Bristol Park. We estimate that at least 25-30 families will need to be relocated within the next year. Notification of Eligibility letters for relocation services were sent to tenants and owners in Bristol last week. This letter will generate numerous calls regarding relocation services. NSP and RPC staff will be in the Bristol neighborhood on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 to conduct intake and address and questions residents may have.
