In order to restore pavement from an emergency water main repair, Illinois American Water and Shaw Brothers will be closing one southbound lane of State Street between University Avenue and Clark Street. The lane closure will begin on Monday, September 21, 2015, and will reopen on Friday, September 25, 2015, by noon. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
