Two of the three Bristol Place demolition bid packets (15/16-07 and 15/16-08) were opened on Friday, September 11, 2015 as scheduled. Due to significant storm damage to a property included in bid packet 15/16-06, an addendum allowed contractors until September 14, 2015 to address the storm damage and submit the appropriate bid.
