On November 18, 2015, the City held its annual Employee Award and Service Recognition Luncheon at the Round Barn Banquet Center. This year, more than 250 people, including City Council members, employees, and family members, attended the event.
Employee Awards
The employee awards recognize employees who exhibit exemplary commitment toward the pursuit of the City’s organizational philosophy. Sixteen individuals received awards for demonstrating the City’s values of Personal Integrity, Responsibility, Respect, and Results. Eight teams, comprised of 41 people from a variety of departments, were also acknowledged for their accomplishments.
Service Recognition
Eighty-four employees received recognition for having achieved five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, thirty, and thirty-five years of service to the City. Together, the City applauded these employees who have a combined total of 1,380 years of service.
