In order to complete utility work at 1008 South Fourth Street, Wells and Wells Construction will be closing Fourth Street between Armory Avenue and Chalmers Street. The road closure began on Monday, January 4, 2016, and will reopen on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. Access to local properties will be maintained throughout the closure.
