In order to remove and replace a sign at 301 North Neil Street, American Dowell Sign Company will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Hill Street and Church Street. The lane closure will occur on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
