In order to perform a water main repair for Illinois American Water, Cross Construction will close one southbound lane of State Street between White Street and Springfield Avenue. The lane closure will start on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, and will reopen by Friday, January 29, 2016. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
