In order to maintain employee safety and focus on emergency services, due to today’s weather, City Facilities will be closed to the public for routine operations. This includes the City Building and the Public Works building. Emergency services will continue to operate. Crews will be plowing, but many roads will become snow covered and high winds will limit visibility. Forecasts are calling for 6 or more inches of snow, accompanied by high winds. The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning until 9:00pm Wednesday night.
The City encourages the public to stay home if possible. If you must travel, use extreme caution. Take your time to get where you are going.
