In order to perform an emergency water service repair for Illinois American Water, Cross Construction has closed one northbound lane of Randolph Street between Springfield Avenue and White Street. The lane closure started on Monday, February 29 and will reopen by Friday, March 11. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
