In order to complete street improvements, the City of Champaign will be closing First Street from Gregory Drive to Stadium Drive. The proposed improvements will include the construction of a new storm sewer, street light, pedestrian crossing, and PCC pavement.
The closure will begin on Monday, May 16, 2016, and is scheduled to be completed by August 12, 2016. The City of Champaign would like to thank you for your cooperation and patience during this construction season.
