The Neighborhood Services Department, along with CommUnity Matters partners Champaign Park District, Unit 4 School District, Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club, and Lifeline Inc., hosted the 2016 Wellness Spring Fling at the Douglass Center on May 16. Twenty-two vendors participated in this year’s vendor fair, including Community Elements, the Land Trust Farmers Market, Champaign County Public Health Department, C-U Special Recreation, Champaign County Head Start and many more. Approximately 150 people attended the two-hour event which also included a bike rodeo, face painting, and free food for all attendees.
