City Manager’s Office and Library staff teamed up to produce a new video featuring author Tom Watson – creator of the Stick Dog series of children’s books. Staff recorded the renowned author’s presentation at the Champaign Public Library on April 20. One of the main highlights of his presentation was teaching children how to draw their favorite Stick Dog character. You can watch this adorable show on CGTV (Comcast/iTV3 channel 5, AT&T U-verse channel 99), on the City’s website, and YouTube channel. The video is also available through the Champaign Public Library’s social media accounts.
