In order to continue electric work for Ameren Illinois, PAR Electric will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street between Church Street and University Avenue. The lane closure will occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2016, through Thursday, July 21, 2016. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
