Yolanda Wilson has officially opened the doors of her new restaurant, Hybrid Fit Foods. Located at 401 East University Avenue, Suite 101 (just west of the new Latitude Development), the restaurant features smoothies, sandwiches, soups and salads. Ms. Wilson was one of the first participants in the City’s new Small Business Incentive Program. Under the program, the city covered 75% of the cost of her early start up steps – such as marketing and accounting services – as well as offsetting the cost of attending required food sanitation training at Parkland College.
