In order to install water and fire services at 401 E University Avenue, Binder Plumbing has closed a portion of the southbound lane of Fourth Street, south of University Avenue. Northbound and southbound traffic shifts around the work area. The work began on Monday, September 19, 2016. The closure has been extended and the street will now reopen on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. One lane of northbound and one lane of southbound traffic will be maintained during the closure.
