Doing Business with the City

The City Code has guidelines for businesses desiring to do business with the City.

The City of Champaign Equal Opportunity in Purchasing Ordinance requires that all contractors and vendors doing business with the City complete an Affirmative Action Report Form.

The City of Champaign also needs all contractors and vendors doing business with the City to complete a Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification
